Ambassador Textiles evolved from humble beginnings fifty years ago, selling fabric on a market stall at Oldham’s famous Tommyfield Market. We now occupy a purpose built 18000 sq. ft warehouse. The family run business supplies an extensive range of fabrics to the manufacturing, upholstery, pet, nursery, and digital print market. We pride ourselves on consistently sourcing quality fabrics at affordable prices, along with our solid commitment to our customers, from wholesale to retailer, large and small.

Our fabrics range is diverse, from Fleece and Faux Fur, to Velvet and Vinyl to name a few. Colour palettes chosen from the traditional through to bright and bold. Furthermore our experienced fabric buyers and managers constantly check for quality, first-rate service and the best value for money.

We keep the manufacturing up of our exclusive range of soft-furnishings local. A nearby mill just over the Yorkshire border weaves our Shetland Wool plaid fabrics.

We are constantly sourcing new ranges of recycled fabric as demand increases for eco-friendly products. Similarly our team continually assess and evolve our stock to keep up with developments in the fast growing digital print fabric market. Alongside this our colleagues are working towards being paperless as well as ensuring sustainable practice.

Our purpose built new premises maximise efficiency. Turnaround is fast, usually on a next day service. Our experienced team of well-trained staff will advise and process your orders quickly and efficiently.

Established in 2004, Katrina Hampton is a soft furnishings brand with a focus on high quality, luxury faux fur accessories for the home. The Katrina Hampton brand is sold nationwide on the high street, as well as in department stores, boutiques, catalogues, garden centres, and online retailers.

Stock is always to hand in our warehouse, and can be dispatched and delivered on short notice. Optionally, trade customers who are registered on our website can also dropship direct to their customer’s doorstep, without having to hold stock or handle logistics – place your order, and we will do the rest. We can even be sure to exclude delivery notes and invoice paperwork to ensure that your customers have no reason to believe that their order came from anywhere but your own warehouse.

Fabric Online

Fabric Online is a division of Ambassador Textiles supplying to trade customers with smaller requirements and to the general public. The vast majority of our fabrics are available to purchase online, competitively priced and cut to order.

Our Fabric Online service is optimised for high-volumes of orders for small cut lengths, and may be a more suitable option for customers looking to order small quantities.
