Ambassador Textiles is now open for business, however in response to the still-ongoing pandemic we are limited to a skeleton staff of essential personnel. As such, there may be slight delays processing your orders. Your usual contacts at Ambassador may not be available, and so to avoid any missed communication please send email orders to our general sales address (firstname.lastname@example.org) rather than to named individuals.
Monday 30th March
Ambassador Textiles is now temporaily closed. Due to the nature of the current pandemic we do not yet know when we expect to re-open. We apologise for any inconvenience. The office will be unavailable to answer any telephone enquiries, however emails will be safely stored and dealt with on our return.

As you will no-doubt be aware, it has now become vitally important to keep up-to-date with rapidly evolving government guidance regarding the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. At Ambassador Textiles we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and financial wellbeing of both our employees and our dedicated customers.
As of this moment we are still fully operational and open for business, however customers will be updated should anything change in this regard. We are reviewing information, recommendations and guidance from the Government and leading public health organisations or a daily basis, and our policies are constantly being adjusted accordingly.
Please refer to guidance from our courier for health and service updates with regards to your deliveries.
Collections for the time-being are heavily discouraged, however if strictly necessary please call in to the office beforehand to go over and clarify any procedures that you may need to follow.
Any updates that affect our ongoing business will follow, and information will be posted on our website shortly. We are at your disposal if you have any concerns in the meantime.
